How do you estimate my texts?
We multiply the unanswered calls you enter by 4.33 weeks in a month, then by the number of texts per caller you choose. That's all. Nobody is using NewFrontDesk yet, so we have no real usage figures to offer, and your own numbers will differ.
Why might Pro cost less than Starter?
If you send many texts, the extra texts on Starter (at $0.03 each over 500) can add up to more than the difference in price. The result shows both totals so you can see it.
Can I buy the plan it recommends?
Not yet. You can request setup, and no payment is taken until the features in your plan work. AI replies and follow-ups on Pro are not in the app yet.
Do you save my answers?
No. The quiz runs in your browser. Your answers are only in the link if you choose to share it.
