A text is counted the way carriers bill it: 160 characters is one text. "Being built" means it does not work for customers yet. AI features are on the roadmap and in no plan.

About the plans
Which plan do most small shops need?
We don't have customers yet, so we can't say what most shops choose. Starter covers one location with text-back, web chat and the inbox. The plan quiz gives a recommendation from four questions.
Why do some rows say "Being built"?
Because that feature does not work for customers yet. We list it so you can see what each plan will hold, and we take no payment until the features in your plan work for your business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are monthly unless you choose yearly. The details are in the terms and the refund policy.
