Is it a live chat?
No, and it says so. It asks three plain questions and tells the visitor you'll get back to them. Nobody has to sit and watch it.
Is there AI in it?
No. It is a short guided form in a chat window. AI replies are a separate Pro feature and are not in the app yet.
How do I add it to my website?
Paste one line of code before the closing body tag of your site. Most website builders have a place for custom code. See the step-by-step guide. Setup includes help with this.
What if I don't have a website?
You get a form link that does the same job. Share it or put it in your Google Business Profile.
Does it slow my site down or track visitors?
It is one small script, loaded after your page. It sets no cookies and does no tracking.
Can a business use it today?
