A big day. New pages for visitors, and new tools for clients inside the app.
On the site
- What do missed calls cost you? The calculator now has three boxes. The answer shows as you type, with the arithmetic written out and a link you can copy.
- Book a call. Pick a free 20-minute time and we call you. Times are Monday to Saturday.
- Contact page. One page with the call button, our hours, email and the ways to get started.
- Phone hours. We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM Central. Closed Sunday. The hours are in the footer of every page.
- Try the chat. Type into the web chat as a visitor would. It is a demo with a made-up business, and nothing you type is sent or saved.
- After-hours answering. A page on what happens to a lead that arrives after you close.
- Compare. Every comparison in one place.
Comparison pages
Each one uses the other company's public pricing page and now says who each product is best for.
Industry pages
Six more pages, each written for one kind of business.
New guides
Seven guides, each with its sources linked. All guides are on the guides page.
- Quiet hours for business texts: the 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. rule
- Appointment reminder texts: what to include
- Google Business Profile: phone number and chat rules
- Spam calls on a business line: the tools that filter them
- What to say when you call back a missed call (scripts)
- How to add a click-to-call button to your website

For clients, inside the app
These are behind the client log in. You can look around a made-up account in the sample inbox.
- Reports. Leads in a period against the period before, by source, by status and by day, with a spreadsheet to download.
- My account. Change your password, see where you are signed in, and turn on an optional second step at sign-in.
- Add a lead by hand. For the lead who walked in or called your cell. No text permission is recorded for a lead you add yourself.
- Correct a lead. Fix a name, phone number or email on the lead's page.
- Search. A search box on the inbox looks through every lead by name, number, email or what they need.
- Texts used against your plan. The Texts page shows this month's count beside your plan's allowance. Texting is built but not switched on, so no texts are sent today.
- First 10 minutes. A short checklist on the inbox that ticks itself off as you set up.
- Download your leads. Every lead as a spreadsheet, whenever you want it.
- Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link by email from the log in page. There is also a button to show the password as you type.
