Every plan has a set amount each month. Going over is charged at the rates below, nothing hidden. Each of our templates fits in one text.

How a text is counted: the way phone carriers bill it. Each segment of up to 160 characters is one text, or up to 70 characters if the message has emojis or special characters. A 300-character message counts as 2 texts. Starter has no AI replies.

Text-back needs each business's texting registration approved by the carriers. We will also have the product reviewed by an attorney before any real business uses it.

Can I sign up now?
You can request setup now. That puts you in line and costs nothing today: we take no payment until the features in your plan actually work for your business.
When will the features in my plan work?
We don't have a date to promise. The table on this page shows where each feature stands today: the lead inbox and web chat work with test accounts, and text-back cannot send real texts yet. We'll contact you when your plan is ready to set up, and that is when billing would start.
What does the $299 setup cover?
US carriers require every business that texts customers to register its brand and messaging use (called A2P 10DLC). Setup covers that registration and configuring the front desk for your business. It is a one-time charge on both plans.
How does yearly pricing work?
Pay for the year up front and you pay for 10 months instead of 12: $1,490 for Starter or $2,990 for Pro.
What's included each month, and what happens if I go over?
Starter includes 500 texts a month. Pro includes 1,500 texts and 1,000 AI replies a month. Past that, each extra text is $0.03 and each extra AI reply is $0.05.
How is a text counted?
Texts are counted the way phone carriers bill them. Each segment of up to 160 characters is one text. If a message contains emojis or special characters, each segment is up to 70 characters. So a 300-character message counts as 2 texts, and a 100-character message with an emoji also counts as 2.
Is AI call answering included?
No. AI call answering is being built and is not part of any plan.
Is there a contract?
Billing terms have not been finalized. They will be published before we take any payment.
